Wraparound Provision
Bookings for wraparound care can be made via the Parent Portal on Arbor. If places are available you can book up to the day before. Cancellations can be made up to 2 working school days beforehand by contacting either the school office or sunrise@burleywoodhead.com
The club can also be contacted by calling the main school number and choosing option No 4 during operating hours (3.15-5.30pm).
The Club has its own dedicated space in school and children are looked after by experienced staff. They can access a variety of activities each day including games, crafts, lego, outdoor play, art and role play. Charges from September 2026 are as follows:
Sunrise - Open from 7.30am with breakfast of cereal, toast, juice or milk available each day until 8.15am at a cost of £1.15. Pre booking a breakfast is not required.
Charges for early drop off at 7.30am - £6.50 per day
Charges for drop off from 8.00am - £4.50 per day
Sunset - Open until 5.30pm. Children can bring their own snack to eat (no nuts).
Charges to 4.30pm - £4.80 per day
Charges to 5.30pm - £9.60 per day
If your child attends another club in school, for example sports, craft etc... and is booked into Sunset afterwards, they will be accompanied there by a member of staff at 4.30pm.
